I feel your pain. My fender and hood alignment is way worst than yours. Now i have big gap between the hood and the front bumper, i can put a whole finger in between. Did you recently open the hood?
I had that happen to my hood this weekend after washing my car, so I popped the hood back up and closed it harder and it lined up perfectly
