This is normal. It always happens about the same amount of time after starting the car. For me, about 4 miles down the road. It's always done it. It's very subtle, wouldn't notice it unless you have your hand on the knob. Two clicks about 2 seconds apart. I'm thinking it has something to do with the unit warming up and once it's reached some predetermined temperature, a couple of solenoids operate something. I don't know what, but that's what it feels like. Maybe it has something to do with launch control being enabled after that because that's about how far you need to drive before LC is allowed to happen. Or it could have nothing to do with LC, but my guess it has something to do with how it operates pre warm up vs. post warm up.
