this is getting scary, so we have 2 more reports here of failure where the dealership is not willing to honor warranty on this? We really need that bolt and the supporting bracket made it seems like.

It was noted that the rear diff bushing is actually just a hard foam. Perhaps this foam is allowing too much movement for the front 2 bolts to twist and break over time? I hate to think what happens as the car ages and this foam deterioates even more when we are all out of warranty.
