I agree with this! the Janns marketplace has a low key parking structure security does not care. The thousand oaks mall, not so sure but the janns has a dim orange lighting were as the thousand oaks mall has a white led sorta light
But both work good, obviously the thousand oaks has more variety of food and such but i think a meet in a underground garage would be dope. Not many people think of/do it.
