The calipers are definitely different. The piston sizes will likely cause incorrect bias (at the very least). The hats need to have the same bolt pattern as well as the correct offset. You most likely won't be able to source the correct brackets from Brembo 1) because they may not exist, abd 2) Brembo is generally not responsive to those sorts of requests.

There's just too many variables that could cause you to need different parts and, as I said above, Brembo isn't helpful with buying pieces from kits separately.
