wont be perfect, but it will be much better

cost - it might be a quick 5 minute clean up, could take 30 minutes (probably not) BUT, if you correct just that spot, you will have a better looking bumper than the rest of the car, so you should at least give the whole car a quick polish round. correct the area, then lightly polish the whole car to make it all blend.
