FBO E9x M3 will be very close. Actually SportAuto does these tuner tests and one of the famous Bavarian tuners, a-workx/Wieth racing, has tested its FBO E92 M3 were beat the Hockenheim time of the M3 GTS, and in its own testing puts up some very similar straight line numbers to the F80 M3/4

Also, have done quite a bit of logging on my own vehicle and from 6,700 rpm to 8,600 rpm, using BavTec to log actual moment calculations, produces over 400 hp+ in that range, and probably an average of ~425 bhp with power being very flat and close to ~435-440 max from 7900-8500 rpm. Gear shifts on the MT due to raised RPM limit hit about 6,600 rpm in the next gear, so DCT would be even better and would be producing well over 400 bhp at the 6,900-7,000 rpm level after downshift
