No, 5D and 1D only. The 1DX got theirs back last fall. The the X and MkIII share the same AF system, so the 5D3 was delayed mainly by Canon's internal priorities.
The 7D's AF is a generation old, so they're not likely to spend much new time on it. Here's hoping that the 7D MkII comes with the 5D MkIII AF system and f/8 functionality on day-one.
