I know that basically for $150 you can resurface a wheel and get rid of all the curb rash, but to make a point here I'm buying a new wheel and will ship him the one that he damaged

To and from work is fine...To a party? Come on, that's just irresponsible. Then he curbs your wheels and doesn't even have the balls to bring it up...oh man, please kick his ass also after he forks up the bill.
