I was hit in AZ car totaled ... her fault and she had no license or insurance.?HELP PLEASE !! My insurance paid me out minus the deductable (of course), she since then has paid me 500 to cover the deductable, but now I have medical bills that need to be paid. Should she have paid the deductable and is she responsible for my medical bills too. Oh yeah the car she was driving belongs to someone else too.
