So i'm going to have my 1200 mile service done out of area (in LA) this friday. The dealership doesn't have the micro filter in stock and says they can't order it until I get down there.

Unfortunately I can't stick around for 4 business days to have them install it.

Should i have them just ship it to me and make it a DIY or should I wait for the micro filter warning to come on and take it in?
