I had a look through the various threads regarding 359 wheels, but I did not find an answer to my question. I have a 2009 E92 M3 base with OEM 220, 19 inch wheels. I would like to switch to BMW OEM 359, 19 inch wheels with new tires, TPMS and valves.

My 220 wheels have 245/35/19 tires on the front and 265/35/19 tires on the rear. I plan to use the same tire sizes on the 359 wheels.

Any experience with simply swapping out the 220 wheels for 359 wheels? Were new lug bolts required? Are spacers required to avoid rubbing or just for looks?
