Man, you really need to find another vendor if this is the kind of advice they are giving you.
That tire size fitment isn't even close...
The overall diameter of a
245/35/20 tire is
26.8" which has
zero chance of fitting the front axle of a E9xM3 without rubbing. (no matter which offset value you chose)
245/30/20 (
25.8") is the correct tire size.
