Dinan opted to go with
4 resonators on the M3 mid-pipe (instead of
2), because of how loud this mod made the entire exhaust system.
I talked to the Dinan Engineer who designed it, and he told me there were quite a few pre-production prototypes built that were eventually rejected. (including the no-resonator and 2 resonator versions)
