keanu1 you can buy a second hand M3 E92 from Germany with absolutely no problem. You have to buy it from a BMW dealer though. Are you already bored with your 525d E60 and want an M3 E92 instead of it ?
Most of the E92 M3's that are at BMW dealers in Germany are good cars without any problems. Most of them are showroom cars or demo cars but don't think that they were all forged like they do in our country ( Romania) with demo cars.
