No issues with TPMS. However, if you are running TPMS on your winter setup and significantly different "winter" pressures then, yes, you'll probably have to reset TPMS. I believe the TPMS light only comes on if the tire pressures change by more than 10% or you switch to new TPMS. I don't think the new TPMS uses wheel speed sensors anymore so if the pressures are the same and the sensors are the same then I don't think you'll get a TPMS light.
