Well, can't blame that on global warming. Process of elimination. Remove the spacer's, clean the hub, inspect wheels, reinstall wheels. If it's still there, get your wheels road force balanced. I had a weird vibration off and on at around 80 mph, it ended up being a slightly unbalanced wheel. I've never had an issue with spacers personally. Hopefully it's something simple like it was for me.
