I don't see it to be a problem (it will be better then what you have bow).

However, expect faster wear of your new pads since the rotors most definitely must have a distorted surface (from the heat distortion over time is a given - brakes as you know get very hot).

I think common practice is to give the break drums a skim cut. I would have that checked first.
