Dude, they don't care. The car has water damage not caused by an mechanical or factory situation. BMW gave you fully working car in pristine condition, it's not their responsibility if something happens after the fact that is not related to the manufacturing process.
Stop wasting your time and get a lawyer otherwise you are going to drag this out to no end with constant headaches.
