I've found dealer policies vary on this. Some say must be an OE tire (you could probably get away with the Conti's, since they were OEM on some) many just say it has to meet or exceed original speed/load rating.

Definitely look at the terms of your contract, and if it is unclear, get a statement in writing regarding the expectations prior to turning it in .

You'll never go wrong using the OEM, but a lot of times just matching specs will be enough.
