European, white are tricky labels. As is Caucasoid/Caucasians which can apply to anyone from South Asia to England.
Italians look very different than Swedes [some even have Etruscan-North African roots]. Hungarians have Mongoloid blood (many have slanted eyes). Are Turks Europeans? Greeks look different too. All Europeans look slightly different.
