For one thing the car was sold as new in December 2011 but 2012's had been in production for at least 3 months. Meaning the car must have been on the lot for a long time in 2011. You might want to ask for the build date.
Also, there is no 1200 mile service done on the car. You might look at other CPO M3s for sale and you'll see what a normal CARFAX looks like.
Lastly, it appears this current dealer has had the car for 4 months and, according to the CARFAX, may have sold it during that period, then had to take it back

Thanks for the feedback; I had looked at the Carfax, and it did look a little out of the ordinary. Do you think there is something behind this, and if so, what would you suspect?
