I have a set of "off the shelf" Apex ec-7 and Volk TE37SL and I don't have any fender rub or modifications.
Keep in mind I do have coil overs, adjustable top hats, and 2.5 neg camber on the front w/ 1.7 neg camber on the rear. Hope that helps you figure it out some.
