Stopped by Mtn. View BMW last week to look at the M3 sedan. It was out back on the top floor of the parking area - very nice looking car SS II. Fully loaded with no buyer in sight - $69K. Told the dealer (nice guy) I was interested in DCT and he was totally unaware he could even order one on Coupe. He mentioned casually that $500. to $750. off MSRP should be doable. I'm not ready for the sedan till next year but thought this might be of help. BTW, I think Stevens Creek has very low pricing as well. Might try starting there as they seem to beat most prices according to my coworkers.
I was also at Peter Pan in San Mateo the week prior. They had a White coupe in the showroom with a $10K markup. When I pressed the salesman he admitted they are not adding any $$ to the cars any longer.
