Nope. The plan is to keep at as-is for people 55 and older. [GOP does not want to completely alienate their main voter base]
and have everyone else still pay for it, but have it voucher-based, where you present the voucher to the private insurance company,
hoping that they would cover your treatment.
So, we are still expected pay for it, but we will not be able to use it.
