I suppose we will continue to see more and more of these threads as the known weakness between the diff and subframe mounting manifests itself.
The 335 has it HPFP>>the M3 has this..I have been on top of seeing if they are going to release a TSB for this but so far nothing.. I suspect they need to see more documented cases..Time will tell
The funny is everyone I have known with this problem (and its a few) always faced some pushback from the dealer but then ended up having it covered..
The truth of it is if you are going to beat on the car... the stock parts are not going to hold up
