I think you will have an issue with rubbing....and handling....265 up front??????....yikes!
my suggestion would be:
245/30/19 front and
295/25/19 in the rear....a smaller sidewall in the rear will ensure you wont rub...especially after you install your springs. 265 is way to wide in the front....i think it will hinder performance....but thats just my opinion.
