If you can find it, you'll probably pay a heavily marked-up price tag from a Canadian vendor. In my experience with other stuff (M3-related or otherwise!), it's almost always more economical to get a good deal from a US vendor and deal with the shipping and importing yourself.
For those that live close to the 49th parallel, you can always ship stuff to a mailbox in a US border city and go pick it up yourself. That's what one of my friends did with an Arkym lip.
