Yes, they are worth performing, otherwise your car will just not feel right on the track. A way of finding out is just take the car to the maintenance shop and select the procedure. If you dont need it, it'll tell you. If you do it often to new cars that you drive, it won't cost that much. Usually about 500cr each time. But for used cars, it can get very expensive. I bought a '69 Camaro SS for cr46,000 and spent cr.48,000 restoring the chassis and the engine. All for 3 measly races.
