Of course it made a huge difference that I stopped drinking beer and eating out! I would have had a much healthier lifestyle by making those two changes alone, no doubt. But I wanted to go even farther and improve my health to the extreme, by getting most of my calories from unrefined plant based foods.

The risk of many cancer's, and heart disease can be drastically reduced from an unrefined plant based diet.
