honestly most of the time you dont tune a v8 till you get the supporting mods, most people tune the car last after they have the headers intake exhaust midpipes pulley. take a look at the non european v8 systems and how they optimise their power.
Also the majority time if someone throws a tune on their car that is pretty much bone stock needs it for NOS. lol
