Secondly - trying to locate MPG ratings. I have only found european specs which listed "urban @ 17.3 L/100km" and "extra-urban @ 9.4L/100km". Can anyone translate this. Reason - I'm being charged a $1,700 gas guzzler tax for I'm curious as to how bad the MPG really is.

17.3 l/100km is around 13.6 mpg. 9.4 is around 25 mpg. Both in US gallons.
