It's for my dad and modification was denied from the mortgage lender after 5 months. Lawyer is saying sometimes banks do that just to put us in more debt, resulting in foreclosure or bring out the secret cash stash....
They want retainer of $1000 and $465 a month for a case length which would last between 3~5 months.
Would you recommend any other place?
