OP look at the fan and shroud as the fitment of the shroud is crucial to benefit cooling. I wouldn't throw an oil cooler at the car yet as you should be able to bring temps down without throwing parts at the car. Look over the cooling system and any blockages;
You may want to look at a lower temp thermostat to aid in cooling also. Check that the fan switch is coming on at temp too
