Here are the bearings. Cylinder 1 on the right, 8 on the left. Top bearings are on the bottom, bottom bearings on the top (just to confuse you). Bearing 4 has some serious wear on it.
Ouch. I'll add those to the photo registry. But before I do, when you labeled them 1-8 -- is that assembly order, or firing order?

Assembly order would be: 1&2, 3&4, 5&6, and 7&8 on the same journal.
Firing order would be: 1&5, 2&6, 3&7, 4&8 on the same journal.
