To answer your question, if I recall correctly, Estoril has been permanently retired because the paint contains lead.
Luckily, MCB looks almost as good and it's absolutely my favorite BMW color at the moment. The new M5 has been spotted in MCB, so let's hope that it (as well as the next M3) have MCB available as a standard color.
