The time was taken to cleverly blur out parts and change around the image. But it is clear as day, that the image in use was mine. And the fact that you are using it to advertise your product for profit without my original consent does not seem right to me. I can offer you two solutions to this problem (at least in my opinion it really is). You can purchase the photo from me for an X amount of time for use under a stock image contract I can mock up and send to you OR you can immediately cease to use my photo for profit/advertising.
I hope for speedy response and resolution to this predicament.
