Padding the invoice price could be a possibility. It is similar to when Circuit City went out of business. When I went in looking for a deal, I realized they had jacked up the retail price and then took the discount off that price. I couldn't belive people were buying cart loads of items thinking they were getting 20-50% off. It was a joke!
All I know is, if 2 emails can net an accepted $1000 under invoice offer then there is still a lot of money on the table to negotiate for. I asked and am waiting for a reply about the Dealer Cash and if it exists. If they admit it does then $3000 under or even a little more could be possible.
