I don't believe the issue should be between 6mt vs DCT, it really should be whether you want to be driving a M3 if you believe the majority of your drive will be in bumper to bumper traffic. It works, but there are other cars which I think would be better drive. I know I'd get a different car if I had lots of traffic to navigate through.
