I doubt anyone will take this deal. Offer a cash incentive on top of your offer and it is more reasonable. GL with the trade, and I say this as a courtesy because i can tell by the fact that you asked for a 08 with up to 40k miles (almost out of warranty) as a sign that you aren't absolutely delusional. If you asked for a 08 or 09 with under 15 I would have called you an asshat, GL with trade.
