USPS does offer priority mail to APO and much faster vs parcel post
tire rack probably has big discount on over size package. that is why they can give you very cheap shipping fee.
my rate is actually a bit lower than standard rate already

Oh ok! Like I have said before I really din't care for the shipping charges as long the wheels got to my place in time. But I got charged for Priority and they shipped them Parcel that's what got to me.
