obviously he is doing multiple infractions but the edited video acceleration makes it look much worse than it is, as though he is flying through traffic when he might just have been bullying his way through slow traffic at no faster than fender bender speed.
The last section of the video clearly gives away the video acceleration, i bet that's done ever so slightly through the whole video to make it viral. Not as extreme as it looks.
