Unfortunately that fight is no longer happening anymore. Jones has this rare condition where thumb injuries occur just before he has to fight Evans. It is a non-life threatening it's just not worth the risk.
I think Evans will destroy Ortiz. I saw some footage and Rashad looks like he's in awesome condition and he's really hungry to fight.
