I don't think anyone said the 4C was overpriced, it just has a transmission that's had poor feedback and a non existent dealer network in the US. It also has what I find disappointing performance, slower than a Cayman S and a SEAT around the Ring, even with a whole roll of gaffer tape on the poor thing. Nothing they won't fix with a quadrifoglio verde version before long, I'm sure, yet we'll still likely be kept from it in the US.

I know I'm in the minority, but I'd prefer a 4 in the M2. I'm not sure where this motor fits into the Porsche line up, with the current 2.7 base, 3.4 S and now 3.4 GTS. I'd have personally preferred them to use a four cylinder turbo to replace the base model, making 300 hp, but in a lighter car than the current S or GTS. But then I'm not on the board of Porsche, they probably have a plan.
