Here is a link for a Torque wrench that should work fine for you as well:
1/2" Torque Wrench You will need a 17mm 1/2" drive socket for wheel lugs and the torque spec is 90 Ft/Lb....... Your husband can show you how to properly torque the wheels.
P.S. Make sure you get that clear bra installed on your hood before your track day...... would be a shame to wreck that nice paint work IND did for you. Most of all, Have fun..... that is what tracking is all about!!!
