And OPR absolutely will stick to the inside of the wheel, it happens to me all the time. The wheels just need to get hot enough. My wheels are in the 200+ degree range, and much hotter at the hub face, after a race and that's with a cooldown lap. If that was brake pads there wouldn't be any pad left in the calipers.
