Please be clear that I am not arguing nor denying the HP gains. We haven't done any of our own testing and would not be able to confirm. However, along the same argument, the +2hp gain is hardly accurate in my opinion too.
RPI is a respectable company that we support and we are offering these products because customers have asked us multiples of times for us to provide them with these particular product.
We are respecting the needs of many other customers/clients and board members on here with a quality product!
