How small are you talking about? They stay short and low to the ground, but they do get to an average of 30-35 pounds. To me they're small, but they're not Pom/Frenchie type small
Dad/mom/puppy, 37/30/35 pounds respectively
Good for an inside or outside dog, very loyal, intelligent, good temperament, good watchdog. The only downside is they shed 3x a year.
