I've sent mine in or gotten new 360s a total of 6 times now, but I still love it to death, when it works.
If you're going to buy a 360, I suggest you wait for the 65nm chips to come out, which should be sometime around November. That's what I'm waiting for. It'll run cooler and use less power.
