There is no difference between the outside diameter of the 18" and 19" tires. I guess it's going to eat you up even if you ordered the 19". The gap will be the same.

Edit: If you'll notice this car has not been prepped by the dealer yet. That means there are still shipping blocks in the front suspension which raise the suspension approx 1.5". That's why you see such a large gap. It has nothing to do with the wheel size.
